Liver Function Tests (LFTs) assess the health of your liver by measuring enzymes, proteins, and bilirubin in your blood. Common markers include ALT, AST, ALP, and Albumin. These tests help diagnose liver infections, alcohol-related damage, or the effects of medications. Symptoms like jaundice, fatigue, or abdominal pain might necessitate an LFT.
