FBS or RSB

FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar) and RSB (Random Blood Sugar) are simple yet essential tests to assess your blood glucose levels. FBS measures your sugar level after 8–10 hours of fasting and is a reliable indicator for diagnosing diabetes or prediabetes. RSB, on the other hand, can be taken at any time of the day and is useful in checking for abnormal spikes. Both tests are non-invasive and crucial for early diabetes detection.
